Christmas Eve!

Today is my Christmas Eve (My mom works on the REAL Christmas eve and day) and I always have trouble going to sleep, I have tried the following to help myself go to sleep:

Starvation
Warm Milk
Going to bed early

and a whole bunch of others, but I can never seem to go to sleep! Well, this year I've got it planned, and THIS YEAR I WILL GO TO SLEEP!

Yesterday I stayed up untill 3 in the morning, then woke up at 8. So I am currently going on 5 hours of sleep, later tonight, I will head to bed early with a warm glass of milk (Just for good measure) and sit in bed, and play video games to pass the time, until I become unbearably sleepy, and fall to sleep easily around 9-10. My master plan, which I have taken YEARS of time to put together (2 days) and hopefully, HOPEFULLY I can go to sleep tonight.(I didn't.) Do you have trouble going to sleep on Christmas Eve? If you do, leave a comment and tell me your master plan to go to sleep quick and easy!

Today, December 4th, 2015, I had the best day of my life...

This morning I wake up to, "Richard, I want to show you something real quick." We walk into the living room and dad turns on the TV and starts up a video, blocking the name of the video. This is that video.
dont look at the name of the video, just watch it!

Yes, I know. I'm wetting my pants as well, I seem a bit calm right now, but I just sent 3 people a message containing "PYCHONAUTS 2 HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED!!! AFTER 5 FREAKING YEARS!!! YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES, YEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS"

So, as you may have been able to tell, myself, my brother, and my dad are HUGE Psychonauts fans, and literally, for 5 years, there has not been a week were me or my brother did not ask dad, "Did he announce Psychonauts 2 yet? I WANT IT SO BAD." Many sleepless nights have been spent on this matter, and FINALLY, AFTER 5 FREAKING YEARS, the guy decided, "It may be time to stop torturing these people."

Ok, you can skip the rest of this post because I'm just gonna fill it up with crazy stuff...

Pokemon, what is the plot?!

Hey guys, I was thinking about Pokemon today, and thinking, "What is it really about?" Are you really trying to "Catch Them All"? It doesn't seem so, because in the games once you've collected them all, and go to Prof. Oak, he gives you a shiny little prize, and a little speech, GJ Gamefreak! So, as I continued to think about this, I get along the lines of : Is it about battling? Yeah, yeah it is.

Pokemon In A Nutshell

Travel around the Pokemon, and you'll run into many wonders! Experience the thrill as you travel all around the Pokemon universe, as you imprison innocent creatures in balls, no more than 1/3 of the size of themselves! Battle with your abused animals, as you force them to beat up their only friends left, then steal kids money! Have your abused animals battle, practically have them at the brink of death, then have them healed so they can experience the pain all over again!

Stitch

Stitch, is the new addition to our family! She is a adorable little Australian Cattle Dog,
This is where she is right now, after eating, chewing on Blitz's leg, and "going" all over the place. (both meanings)
Of course, we haven't forgotten our puppy dawg Blitz! Blitz is taking it decently well, but is still getting used to Stitch! (Update: Not anymore, as I speak, they are running around wrestling!)

This was last night, in the car on the way home.
                                                                               Look \/ down
At the top of this picture is Stitch as we were going to bed last night, we had our room rigged with card board, and pads, and also some laundry baskets.

Unfortunately, most of these pictures were taken after Stitch had eaten, which is usually when she decides to "go" and then take a nap. We have tried, and this puppy is so hyper when she is awake, its hard to take a picture of her.
This is only the second day and they already are best buds!

Blitzy is rubbing some of her habits on the new puppy, if you couldn't tell.

These were all the puppies we had to choose from. Top, and I can't remember their names, but the one on the far left is the one we ALMOST got, it was a boy and was pretty much white and blue all over. However, the other 3 were also VERY adorable, but Stitch was our favorite mainly because she didn't mind us holding her, she wasn't afraid and licked us all in the face. :P

(BTW, here is a video of Blitzy and Stitch playing! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQ0SRMxi0QQ)
This is the best place to take a nap, right underneath dads recliner, and Blitz is not sure what in the world Stitch is doing! Thanks for reading!

Epic Lord Of The Rings Quotes!

In the past few days a LOT of people have been referencing Lord Of The Rings, and I heard 3 great quotes...

Snake Oil
My friend plays a "Fluid Ring" and says its indestructible, then my brother says "It is indestructible, unless it is thrown into the fire from which it came."
Me: "We must make the trip to Mordor."

Steam Game Sale
"One does not simply buy ONE steam sale game."

Playing "Dementor" (A fun little game)
My friend is blocking my way to tag someone, and says "You, SHALL NOT, PASS!"

Sorry, just heard those 3 in the past few days, figured I share it with all of you. Thanks for reading!

Starwars Force Awakens VS Starwars Battlefront

Alright, so since Disney got their hands on Lucas Film, and essentially the Starwars Franchise, they are now coming out with a whole list of new products and movies. The war I'm having with myself, which one am I more happy to see come out?

Starwars Force Awakens
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngElkyQ6Rhs
First empression: YAY! New Starwars movie!
Second empression: Uh, wait a second here...
Second thoughts: Awww man... Dont screw it up again!

So, taking into consideration, the last 3 movies that came out sucked story wise, do we REALLY want another 3 coming out?! People make the argument, "Well, George Lucas isn't taking charge this time, so it should be AWESOME!" Yes, but once a story is perfect, you really shouldn't mess with it.
Even with all of that, I am still so VERY excited to see another one of these come out just to see if it turns out good.

Starwars Battlefront
First empression: What in the world?!
Second empression: OH OH OH
Second thoughts: There were none.

So, most everyone into starwars that has a computer, is hyped about this game! The last one was great, but still no space ship battles (I take that back, there are space ship battles, but they are the worst levels), I would like to direct your attention to this link.

Finally Home

Yesterday Dad came back from the second hospital stay, FINALLY! But we are learning new things as the days go by, such as a nurse comes 2 times a week to check up on dad, and another person comes once a week to check on him. We have also learned that if he stays unplugged, the Freedom Driver will make a battery-like alarm, however much shorter and only every once in a while, just to let him know he is unplugged. The rain cover is built into the backpack, on the bottom pouch, and they gave us special tape to tape up the tubes if they get snagged or have a hole in them. Just a quick update, I will try to continue putting updates to keep you all updated!

Away

Most people would think, when they hear "My dad is getting his heart ripped out of his chest in a week" or "My dad is in the hospital with a robotic heart" you would think that once the surgery is over, the hard part is done with.

I got news for ya, your wrong.

The hardest part is not seeing dad for days at a time, and seeing him have to endure the medications they give him that make him feel bad, and seeing mom run around trying to get everything done that she hasn't done on a regular basis, pay bills, clean the house, cook, ect. Most people look at the kids and think how horrible this is for the kids, and how hard it is on them. It isn't half as hard on us as it is on my mom and dad, they are the ones that have to keep everything else going while this is going on, while trying to keep up with what is going on with the TAH. Thanks for reading.

Update on Dad

I know Mom and Dad probably don't have much time to post updates on Facebook and such, so I'm trying to keep up here.

Dad is continually doing better every day, and his numbers are getting better as well, he is doing laps every day around the unit, and they are soon talking about putting him on the Freedom Driver. (The backpack)

Just in case you don't know how the Freedom Driver works, I'll tell you. The Freedom driver is a 25-30 pound backpack, that is connected just like the machine he is currently on. The Freedom Driver is also run on batteries just like the machine, but has a much longer battery life. Since the Freedom Driver runs on batteries, its not like you can just "Run out" of batteries, they have a secondary battery, a backup battery, and a backup-backup battery, then guess what? They also have a backup-backup-backup battery for the *first* Freedom Driver. Yes, we do have to carry around a second Freedom Driver that will serve as a backup for the first Freedom Driver. Then that Freedom Driver has a secondary battery, a backup-battery, a backup-backup battery, and a backup-backup-backup battery. Lots of backups. But that insures that if anything goes wrong, there are lots of backups that can fill in if ANYTHING goes wrong. Also, here is the worst case scenario:

Electricity goes out, we forget to charge the batteries, and the first freedom driver fails, and the second also fails. There is a crank where you can manually pump the freedom driver, and that does not fail, it is old fashion -no electricity involved.

So I hope that eases your minds a bit, even the worst thing that can happen with this piece of scrap metal, you can still keep it running. The beat, will go on.

Rejection:
You've probably seen my mom and dad use the term "Rejection" or the body rejecting the heart. This is where, the body sees the new heart as a intruder, and tries to kill it, like it would try to fight off a cold or the flu. The good news is, there are medications to control this, and pretty much always work if you keep taking the rejection pills.

Perry?
You have probably heard that Perry did not do well in his surgery with the heart transplant. I know what I was thinking when I heard that "Does that mean since Dad did well in the TAH surgery just like Perry did, does that mean Dad will do just as badly in the heart transplant as Perry?"

No.
It does not mean that Dad will do just as badly as Perry, and even if he does, Perry was pretty much a worst case scenario for the surgeon and still is getting better every day. Heres the thing: Dad has close to the same heart problem Perry had, but they both have different types within that. Almost every type of HCM is unique, and that sometimes makes it hard for the doctors to adapt to each individual HCM patient. Just because Dad and Perry are almost in the same situation, that does NOT mean that they will react to the surgery the same.

I hope that this post answered most of your questions, thanks for reading!

Back To School Paper/Update/My Thanks/ Funny Things

Back To School Paper
What I did this summer.
Teacher: "Alright Jaime, great paper! Cant wait to see the edited version! Now, lets see here, who's next... Richard! Come up here and read us your paper.
"Yes sir."

"What I did this summer. My summer started out normal, just as it should be. Everything was great, and my dad going into the hospital every 6 weeks to stay for 2 weeks was normal, no issues. My dads heart problem: Hypotrofic-cardeo-myopithy  (I totaly spelled that wrong, dont judge me.) was getting worse, so they had to turn him into a cyborg. My dogs problem, also getting worse. Her brain and how she thinks is CRAZY, and anything metal she licks. So we are going to have to take her to the vet. Then all of my family living all around the US is traveling to help us. With our crazy dog."

"What in the world?! Richard, go to the principles office! This is insane! Right a REAL paper next time!"
"Bu-bu-but sir, this IS a RE-"
"I dont want to hear anything of it! What is Hypotrofic-whatcha-makallet anyway?! SCRAM!"

Update
Dad yesterday was not doing good, probably one of the worst days. That was mainly because he had a "Brown Day" (He used the toilet a lot, or when he couldn't make it there, the chair.". However, in the next few days he should feel much better because of that, and be able to eat. His Cath is compeletly out, and he is walking on his own, as of yesterday (one of his worst days, let me remind you) he did 3 laps around the unit.

My Thanks
I would like to give my thanks to the following people, for spending the night/offered to spend the night and have /are going to come to help us out.

Jenn/Sean
Ellen/Mark
Dominique/ Michelle
Aunt Vicky
Gramsy/Pops
Nana/Papaw

Also thanks to all of the people that have donated, and given snacks, I would try to list all of your names, but there are too many of you :O (You scare me with your size and numbers)

Funny things I've heard in the past week or so:

Pokemon, turns cute little creatures
Into slaughtering death machines.
From Sean
Ipod returnal:
"Hi, would like to return this "Ipod" 5th Generation."
"What problems occurred with the Ipod 5?"
"Well, Uh, when I applied the new apple update, it sorta..."
"What?"
"It disenagrated"
"WHAT?!"
"Its now a pile of metal dust."
"WHAT?!?!"
"I would like to return the pile of dust please, I kept the headphones and charger."
"Wait wait wait, you want to return, that pile of metal dust-"
"Correction, your pile of dust. Expect it on monday."
"Wait, WA-*Call Ended*
From Brennan

The biggest disappointment, and the best day.

As you know in the last posts, I have been telling you and everyone else that the wait to recover to get BACK onto the transplant list is 2-8 weeks. I was wrong.

Yesterday we were told, "No, not 2-8 weeks. 3-6 *months*, we don't even start talking about putting people back on the transplant list until after 2 months." That, was what we were told yesterday. Now, this is what is going through our minds, "He wont get a heart for another 3 months at the least, it'll probably be after Christmas before we get the first one come in to dad."

This morning, we are welcomed by a phone call. Mom answers and I go back to sleep. About 10-20 minutes later mom comes in and says "Dad has news for you guys" Dad said the surgeon that put his TAH in came in earlier, he said "We put one person on the transplant list today." Both of mine and Brennans heart stop, "David, we put you back on the transplant list today, you can now get a heart at any time."

Of course, recovering from the surgery in 5 days is CRAZY, this is faster than Perry, he recovered in 2 weeks. Now today is a great day, go have a beer or if your under-aged grab a soda and have a great time today. I myself, am going to grab a beer. (Heh heh heh...)

Rich

The Stress, its there...

The stress is here for all of us in stressful times, it comes and gobbles you up. Stress is getting to my whole family, and you cant stop it.

Dad is doing very good, and is still doing better and recovering faster than everyone (With the exception of Perry). Yesterday night I asked if they think dad will recover just as fast as Perry (Recovered in 2 weeks, went home in 2 months) The person looked at my dad, and nodded her head. "Yeah, keep up the good work and he should recover that fast." So that is a relief to my family, knowing he might have a heart in 2 weeks, and be home in 4. That is our hope, thanks for reading.

The Break, and the light at the end of the tunnel.

Today, I'm about to go see my Dad, MY Dad that has recovered faster than most people. My Dad and Perry are the only ones that have recovered this fast from the TAH surgery, so all of us are crossing our fingers that he will recover just as fast as Perry (2 weeks untill he could be accepted to get a transplant, and another month and a half before he was let loose.). Most of the nurses and Doctors have been in and out, astonished at how fast everything is passing by. Most of the time, the people that get this surgery don't wake up until the day after.(And even then, most of the time they are not themselfs) Most people don't get their breathing tube out until the 3rd day. Most people cant talk for atleast 4 days. My dad did all of those things in the first day, and was awake an hour and a half after the surgery(and was himself, I could tell by the tongue sticking out and the heavy metal sign. Also, he made the number 42 with his hands.) , and had his tube out 6 hours after the surgery, and was breathing on his own.

Yesterday, and today, I am very proud of my Dad, and I'm even more proud to call him my Dad. This fun loving guy, was given the wrong set of cards when he was born, but instead of getting depressed, or not doing what he needed to do, he traveled with us to get to where he needed to be. He fixed his own food so he could eat healthy, he kept up with his weight, and his blood pressure every day, and sometimes, he knows more about his own problem then some of the doctors know. He has done EVERYTHING he could possibly do to give him a better shot at this, and it finally payed off. I am proud of my dad because he has done all of these things, and is pushing through faster than most people.

Last night was a happy night for my whole family, my Mom's side of the family was gathered in a house yesterday, waiting for the call to hear that he was OK and was out of the surgery. My Dad's side also was gathered, and waiting for that call. Both sides were constantly giving money to help with the medical bills and every day expenses we struggle to pay off, both sides were constantly texting and giving love and assurance. And, it was not just our family's that have done all of this. His friends, our friends, have given more and more money, and offering to travel to come stay at the house and take care of the dog and us, everyone, EVERYONE we know has given such love that the four of us are dazed at how many people have offered to give.

Last night was a good night, but it is not over yet. Everyone is happy with how last night turned out, but we still have a long road ahead of us. We have the recovery to get through, and we have a crazy road ahead of us. That is all the time I have right now, I plan to keep on posting.
Thanks for reading and all of the support!

"We have done the impossible, and that makes us mighty."

I'm going to take this one post and brag about myself and my family, which I don't normally do, but I think today can be an exception. Today my dad is making the journey to the hospital, where he might remain for 5 months after his surgery.

Just in case you missed what is going on with my family, I'll give you a recap.
Dad's organs how now reached the limit of what they can do to keep up with his "Bum Ticker", and now he has to save those organs that have kept on going after not getting enough blood, he has to get a heart that can keep enough blood flowing through the body to keep his other organs running, and to do that, he has to get a TAH (Total Artificial Heart). This means, he is going to have to go through a tricky surgery, and stay in the hospital after the surgery for 2-5 months.

Here are the pros and cons of the surgery:

Cons:
The surgery is more tricky than just a plain old heart surgery, so the risk factor is higher.
Not be eligible for real heart after the surgery for 2-8 weeks.
If he comes home with the TAH, have someone 24/7 with him at all times that is trained with it if anything goes wrong. (That includes the nights that Mom works, when we go out to eat, ANYTHING)

Pros:
He goes up to almost the top of the heart transplant list.
He will feel much better when he comes home (if he comes home)
Most people get a heart before they come home on the TAH, which means he could have the surgery, recover in 2 weeks, get a heart, then be home in a total of a month. (That is the best case scenario)

We have gotten this info in bits an pieces over the past few weeks, and it has been a crazy two weeks.

Now, I'm gonna take this time to brag about my family.

We have endured the last 5 years, the first 2 years we traveled and moved constantly, never staying in the same place or house for more than 3 months, traveling with hardly anything. I remember bringing a computer, a few other electronics, and me and my brother each had a 5 foot by 3 foot box to fit the toys and other little things I wanted to bring, and to play with for the next 3 months. Then we moved finally near Boston, where one of the best doctors for hearts that is in the USA. We lived there for 8 months, then was turned down by the hospital, saying there was too many people on the transplant list, it would take us years to get high enough on the list to get a heart, and dad simply would not live long enough to get a heart there. We then moved to Lebanon PA, where we still live today for around 2 years. When we first moved here, we were told that dad would have to stay in the hospital for a week, every 6 weeks, then about 4 hospital stays later, it changed to 2 weeks every 6 weeks. And 2 weeks ago, we were told that my dad would have to have a transplant to keep his body going long enough to get a transplant.

But you know what?  We beat it, we traveled for 2 years to get our dad where he needed to be to live, we then moved again a year later to get him, again, where he needed to be. And now, we will beat this. Even if it takes 5 months for him to get out, even if it takes even longer after that to get a heart, we will wait and fight, because our dad is worth fighting for.

When I see my friends, and their parents get in the pool with them, or goes outside to sword fight with them, or goes out to rock climb, me and my brother have never had that, we watch those people and think, "How lucky are they" For the first time in 2 years, our dad about a month ago went out and went to a water park, and got in the water, which I cant remember him doing in a very long time. Our Dad does more than what most people could if they were disabled, he plans our school year and cooks, he goes out to eat and plays games, but I cant wait to have a dad that I can go and DO something with.

So, do you want to know what I say when people say "Eh, well the odds are that blah blah blah"
When people say that, I think about my dad. 1 in 100 people have a heart problem. 1 in 100,000 of those people have to get a heart transplant. And 1 in 1,000,000 people have to get a TAH. If you have ever met me in real life, you will hear me talk about the "Johnson Luck". This, right here, is what I am talking about.

Alright, sorry if I made you cry or depressed, go and watch something funny and happy, but just remember, most families can go out and go to a amusement park, or go to the pool, dont take it for granted, do it and have a good time, because some of us don't have that luxury.

Games

"Hey Rich, what did you do today?"
"I played some games, messed around with the dog, and made a game."
"Made a game?!?!?!"
You have no idea how many times I've had this conversation, and every single person is for some reason, surprised by this fact. I made a game today. I make games all the time, so does my brother, so does my friends, its pretty much a "thing" now with my friends and I. But for some reason, people outside of that circle always seem surprised, and astonished that I made a game. I got to thinking about this, "Do people just not make games?" So, I decided to make this post.

A Dummies Guide To Games

You play games all the time with your family, board games, card games, active games, but have you ever thought of making your own game?

First, if your going to make a board game, the first thing you need to do is get a board. Now, you have to start thinking about what size of a board do I want, what kind of board, well, since I'm not the brightest person, I'm going to show you only ONE way. FIGURE THE REST OUT YOURSELF.

Things you'll need:
A ruler (Preferably a nice, not bendy 12 inch ruler, I use a 18 inch stainless steal ruler with a no-slide back)
A Pencil (With a good eraser)
A Generals Eraser (optional, I use Generals because it leaves nothing behind)
And Finaly, some 34 hour block of time. (Make sure you have snacks, because this is gonna get crazy)

"Uh, uh, sir..."
"Yes Bob?"
"Dont we need, Paper?
"WELL OF COURSE YOU NEED PAPER!! DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU EVERYTHING?!"

Things you'll need(continued):
Paper (1-4 sheets)

"ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?!"
"yessirveryhappysir"
"Good."

Grab your ruler, line it up to the side of your paper, make a mark on the paper where every inch begins, do this to the other sides of your paper. Make sure you start from the same end as the first side. Example: If you start making your marks on the left side of the paper first, and you line your ruler up on the bottom, make sure to do the same thing to the right side, line the ruler up to the bottom, not the top. Now, line up your ruler to the marks, make lines from right to left of the paper, make sure to use the same marks on the paper. Example: Use the first inch mark on the left side of the paper with the first mark on the right side of the paper. Once you have them lined up, draw a line from one mark to the other. Do that with the rest of the marks.(You can make a 4 piece board, you can just repeat these steps 3 more times and tape the paper together)

Now you should have something that looks a lot like graph paper, except the cubes are an inch by an inch You will notice that some of the edges of the paper are not an inch by an inch cubes. You can either cut that off, or just make it look fancy, and pretend that was part of the plan.

Now, if you want to make a card game, or a card/boardgame, your gonna need cards.
Things you'll need:
Scissors
Ruler
Pencil
Nuke
And one sheet of paper. (depending on how many cards you want)

Same thing as the board, just diffrent size. When you line up your ruler to the long side of the paper, make marks on every 3 inches, and on the short side every 2 inches. Then make the lines again on the marks, Then cut out your cards.

Now that is the Board and Cards of the game (Just in case you cant read) now, if you need to have peices, continue on. You can also just use dice for peices.

Things You'll Need:
Paper
Scissors
Pencil
Ruler
A Belief In God

Now, your going to make a 1" by 1" by 1" cube. Make 1" make a square on the peice of paper, now make 2 more on top of that square. Now, make a square on each side of the top square. Then make one more square on top of the other 3. The shape of the squares should be in a Cross, cut it out, fold it, and tape it.

Now that I've taught you how to do this, when you make a game, ALWAYS wright down the rules in a book, or on a piece of paper, so that you and your friends can reference them, so that there are not arguments or confusion. Your first game /board/cards will not be perfect, practice them, and you'll do great. My first board was sposted to be half an inch squares, I had some half an inch squares, but most of them were 1" by 1/4", or other really weird lookin squares, now I have (after 2 years of practice) a near perfect, four piece board. If you do it more often that I did, you'll get it pretty quick. Thanks for reading!

This, is when you know, its the start of a good day, if this happens on your very first horde of shiny hunting for the day.

(the funny thing is. when I was entering my first horde that had this guy in it, I was thinking about a video were this guy, on the very first egg of the day, hatched a shiny.)
Edit: 12:50 in the morning.
It was a start of a very, shiny day.

Poke-Luck

Hey guys, I figured since I have been having a really good time on Pokemon- Omega Ruby, I would share it with you. Last week I found this thing called "Wonder Trading" in OR, which is were you pick a Pokemon you want to trade, you enter it into the Wonder Trading, and you get a random Pokemon from someone else that is in Wonder Trading. Most of the time people just put in their extra Pokemon and such in there, but every once in a while you'll find someone that is giving away good and rare Pokemon.

Wednesday- I was on a live stream of Pokemon on Twitch, the streamer started up a givaway, my name was called and I got a level 100 shiny Bulbasaur holding a Master Ball. Later that night, I got a level 100 Wailord.

Thursday- Late at night, I was on wonder trades and got a shiny Crobat and a shiny Tyrunt.
Friday- Wonder Trading AGAIN, got a level 100 bayleaf, and a Phoine.
Saturday-Today- I did wonder trades earlier, no luck. Went to try to catch a shiny Numel and found a shiny Machop.

So, in total, the past week I have gotten 4 shiny Pokemon, an awesome Item, 2 level 100's, and one very rare Legendary (Phoine)

Im trying my luck again with the Numel, after I get a shiny numel, its off to a Shiny Dratini!

Edit: Sunday early in the morning I catch a Shiny Numel
Edit (later in the day) I get a shiny Diglett in wonder trades
.

Edit: EVEN LATER on Sunday I get a level 100 shiny, pokerus Venomoth.
Edit: The streak never ends. Really late on Monday night I get a level 100 Simipour. The luck is real.
Edit: And finaly on Tuesday, the streak ends.

And another update...

Hey guys, I figured since I haven't given an update in a while, I decide to give you one.

School: School has changed a lot in the past few years, we've gone from doing art-history, and every other subject every day, to Cyber School, to now what we do today. Every day that we dont have filled up (such as yesterday were we went go-kart racing) we read for about 40 minutes to about an hour, then we work on our Youth Digital modding for Minecraft, and if it isnt summer we do 2 chapers of whatever Fred book we are in.

Hobby's: Ive recently gotten into Photoshop, a program were you can bring in photos and pictures and edit them, or make your own photos from scratch. I've also been messing with clay a lot lately, making a lot of clay models for my games. Brennan has been more agressive about making his games, he spends more time on them and they come out even better every time. Dad has also been using photo shop, but to make comic strips for a website called "Sherpa" and they have already been asked to make comics for different companys. Mom has been messing around with the back yard, trimming trees and even cutting them down, planting plants, and making a great looking back yard.

General: We plan to get the fence we've been wanting ever since we moved here next week (Blitzy says "YAY!") and we've also been thinking about getting a second dog. The whole family has been collecting plants ever since I "Baby sitted" our friend Marcs plants. I Currently have 4 diffrent plants on my desk. Dad has been going in to the hospital more often and for longer, such as now, he goes into the hospital for 2 weeks every 6 weeks, and most of the time in those 6 weeks he is in the hospital for whatever reason 1-2 times, but we've been told thats how its going to roll for a while.

And I think that about wraps it up, thanks for reading.

Monster Kingdom

I figured since I was making monsters, that I'd make a kingdom for them. Here is Monster Kingdom.
Top Left: Black Brick Keep,
 Top Right: Dogster Woods,
 Mid Left: Fish Bound Lake,
 Middle: Geyser Plains,
Mid Left: Leave It Be (Molt),
 Bottom Left: Beggars Town,
 Bottom Right: Keepers Hold
Now for the re-do of the monster discriptions...

Monster Of 1000 Teeth: This creature lives in its cave, marked "Leave It Be" on the Kingdom map. This creature will charge at its prey, knocking it aside, then smashing its tail into the prey's head, knocking it out, and then will devour its meal. This monster is said to have 1000 teeth, or even more. Its teeth rotate in different directions and his mouth will close half way over and over again, making its head a disaster zone. This creatures mouth cant fully close, and can not move very fast. It tends to eat its meal alive, and hunts in the Dogster Woods, and occasionally it will venture to Keepers Hold to find itself a human meal. This monster is the last of its kind, so you dont have to worry about 6 of them at a time. Of course, these are all just rumors, manly because anyone that ventures near its cave never comes back, and the ones that do go insane.

Jolt: These creatures live in the Dogster Woods tending to eat anything they can find, berrys, foxes, rabbits, anything they can get their hands on. The jolts come in packs of 10-17, making them even more deadly.  This creature will charge at you at 150 MPH and ram you with its spikes all over its body, tending to slice its prey in half, multiple times. There are rumors of this dog-thing going at 250-400 MPH, but there is no confirmation. These creatures have rounded off feet which give them their speed. The myths say that the first of its kind fell a long distance, and it had to chew off its own feet to survive. It layed there for days until its feet healed so it could go hunt again, this was a horrible thing to happen at the time, but it gave its decedents an advantage: Speed.

Cringe: These monsters live in the clouds, mostly around Geysers Plains to catch popping up Miner Moles for food. This creature has 3 sections of its mouth, making it easyer to eat what it catches while flying. This monster can go to 60 MPH, and come in packs of 6-8, These creatures will surround you, and make a horrible screaching sound, much like a horrified-screaming human. They will then swoop down and eather grab you by the head, or will ram you with their spiky wings. These monsters can fly very well with their 2 sets of wings. But, as there feet are half circles, makes for horrible balance while on land, also making it very hard to sleep.

More monsters to come soon, such as Miner Moles, Tree-ents, and a fish monster. Again, if you have any ideas or suggestions, please feel free to put them in the comments.

The Monster Invasion

So as I've been watching Doctor Who and playing more Pokemon, I got the idea to make my own monsters. These are my three BEST monsters I have come up with, with back-grounds of where they would live, if they come in packs and all of that. I also made a pic with Photo Shop so you guys can get an idea of the monsters I am talking about.
Top: Cringe, Left: Monster Of 1000 Teeth (Molt), Right: Jolt

The Cringe: Usually come in packs of 5-7, this is a flying animal, all though it can walk on land. It sleeps on clouds or in tree tops. The Cringe are expert flyers with their 2 sets of wings, they can go up to 60 MPH and make a screaming sound, much like a horrified-screaming human. The Cringe are cursed to have half-circle feet, which give them horrible balance on land, and makes it very hard to sleep. Their heads are split into 3 sections, which makes grabbing its prey and eating much easier. They tend to come out at night, where they are hard to see, the only warning you get from these horrible creatures are their scream right before they trap you.

Molt: This is a one of a kind animal, it is the last of its kind. This creature is said to have a thousand teeth, or even more. Its teeth can spin in different directions while pushing to the center of its mouth, making a horrible scratching sound. This creature can never close its mouth, and has a tail to knock out its prey, which afterwards devours its meal. Anything that enters its mouth is destroyed, metal, diamond, or any other material you can think of. Of course, these are just rumors, because anyone that gets near the creature is killed within seconds, and the ones that make it back alive go insane. This creature does not wander, as it stays in its cave when it is not hunting.

Jolt: Usually travels in packs, it is common to find 10-15 of these at a time. The Jolt has rounded off feet, the legend says the first of the Jolts had a fall, in which it had to chew off its own feet, leaving it stranded for days untill its legs healed, this was horrible for the first Jolt, but it gives its descendants a advantage, With the Jolts rounded off feet, it can run at 150 MPH, some people have said to see one going closer to 250 MPH, but there is no confirmation. Its rounded off feet also have a disadvantage, with it having bad balance while standing still. The Jolt rams into its prey, slicing it with its spikes all over its body, and then whipping its prey with its tail, causing even more damage. The creature sounds more like a dog, which it also uses to distract its prey while the other Jolts assault it from behind.

If you have any suggestions to my monsters, such as how it acts, or how it looks, please tell me in the comments, I will try to post more of these in the future.

Pokemon Fan Art

So last post I showed you guys my fusions, well, I decided to take it even farther. I made a picture of one of my fusions in battle, this is Chanlee VS Chesspin.

Not much, but it took me a while to find a picture with a pokemon in battle, here is the original picture with chesspin in it...

Lots of editing and deleting, even had to add a second foot, end of his hand, and some of his hair, due to the grass and other Pokemon's scratch. This is also a picture I made explaning why I hate bidoofs.
Make sure to read right................................................/\ There!

Photoshop

The all famous Photoshop (only one billion dollars for the new version! :D). Me and my dad found a free-old version of it, I downloaded it a while ago, and now I'm going crazy with it! I'm editing pictures, making pictures, EVERYTHING WITH PICTURES. Yesterday, I decided to make my own Pokemon Fusion (Its a think I discovered a while back, people grab 2-3 pokemon and fuse them together, and see what they get.) And I've pumped out about 10 of them so far, 4 of them have turned out great, the others... Well, see for yourself;
(I just... WHAT HAVE I DONE?!)
And others, which, will scar you for life. (I will spare you of them) And I'll show you the 4 that have turned out very well, least best to best. ( I will show you the pokemon I used, then the pokemon I created)
Metagross
Hydreigon
Metagon
Dratini

Numel

Dramel

Infernape
Blaziken

Inferken
Hitmonlee
Hitmonchan

Chanlee (MY BEST!)
I'd also like to thank my friend (Griffondefender) For giving me the idea for Chanlee, and helping with the idea for Inferken. I suck at coming up with the ideas, but I'm decent at making them. Thanks for reading!

School!

Might I say, homeschooling is a LOT better than Cyber School. Right now, and through the summer were going to continue school, so we can catch up from getting moved in here at PA and company coming to help out with dad. School right now is great! Each morning, we wake up, have breakfust and draw from our jar. We have a jar with 8 Different slips of paper and we draw one out. Depending on what we draw, depends on what we do that day! The 8 different slips are, Writing, Reading, Math, History, Art/Science, You Choose!(Only a subject), Media Free Day, and FREE DAY! And once we draw a slip, we put it in a baskit that we have next to the jar, and we only put those back in once we have drawn everything. (So we dont get math 3 days in a row) and its working great for us! Writing day, (Which is today :P) we get to choose if we want to do a blog post, work on our books, and wright a letter. (sometimes we do multiple things of that list) Reading we sit down, and read for an hour and a half, and then read all together and do a review of the book that we read together. Math we do 3-5 chapters in our "Life Of Fred" books. History dad reads some history stuff to us, and we watch John Greens Crash Course. Art/Science, kinda speaks for its self :P. You Choose is were we pick a subject, and do that one that day. (But the best thing about that is we keep the thing we choose in the jar, so it can still be drawn another day! Media Free day is we dont do any school that day, but we dont get on electronics. And FREE DAY is the best of all! No school that day, AND we can get on the computer at free will!(AWESOMENESS!!!) We do the jar thing every day but weekends, and then along with ALL that, we help with cooking, building things (Such as the lawn mower, the grill, which most pub school kids don't get to do!) and messing around with our dog. :P Anyway have a good day! :D

Coming in 4th...

Hey guys! We just got great news two days ago, learning that my dad (While he is in the hospital, which puts him high up the list since he is in the hospital, but only for while he is in.) came in 4th to get the last heart that came! He did NOT get the heart, and they didn't use it on anyone for medical reasons, but he came in 4th! Which may not seem a lot, but considering that there are at least a hundred people on the list waiting to get a heart, and dad is in 4th place?! Great news for our family! All though the list does change a lot, and dad probably does go down the list more when he is not in the hospital, so it could change at any time for the better or worse. Finally my family knows that all of this work that we have put in for the past 4 years, its all coming together! Thanks for reading!

Welcome to my world...

Hey guys, I figured, since this week/2 weeks have been pretty crazy for me and my family, I decided to tell everyone about it. Here it goes,

Jan 5th The Fun Begins
Mine and my brothers Minecraft server is deleted due to a late payment.

Jan 6th
Orthodontist, cant eat solids for 3 days afterwards.

Jan 7th
Cut my hand on a air conditioner, and then I burn the same hand on egg drop soup.

Jan 14th
Wake up at 6 FREAKING-*ahem* 6:30 in the morning to get dad to the hospital for his week stay. We get there at 7:45, dad is told that he will be in a room by 10, "At the very most". We wait a total of 7 hours in the waiting room, seeing if our dad will get a room. They turn us down at 3:00 PM and head back home. At this point, we start canceling baby sitters and such, when the hospital gives us a call. "We should be able to get you in tomorrow, be there by 8:00." We call back the baby sitter, and re-do everything, and they call us again. "On second thought, we wont be able to get you in tomorrow."

Jan 19th
At 10 at night, me and my brother hear, "AHHHHH! DAVID! DAVID! THERES A BAT HANGING ON OUR DOOR WAY! DAVID!" I think it was cute... But my mom thinks otherwise.

January is probably thinking, "Heh heh heh... This is only the start of the madness..." which I would not be surprised if some other things happen this month. Thanks for reading, have a great day!

The 3 most epic/funny scenes in movies...

Hey guys, I've been wanting to do this post for a while, but didn't have enough movie scenes. Well, I recently re-watched the Lord Of The Rings, Cars, and The Lego Movie, These are some of my favorite movie scenes from these movies.

Benny's Spaceship.
This is such a great scene, so funny and awesome all mixed up in to just a few minutes of watching this. It makes a lot more sense if you watch the whole movie, but through the whole movie he wants to build this spaceship, and its never the right moment, until that scene right there.

You, Shall not, PASS!
This is so epic, probably my favorite scene in any movie ever (Except maybe the next cars scene) this includes him stopping the Demon from crossing the bridge, and the falling fight.

Pitstop.
